C41, E6 and BLACK AND WHITE FILM PROCESSING AND SCANNING

With over 40 years of experience in photography, and much of that including developing and photofinishing services before 2005. After that, I became a purely digital photographer, and disposed of my darkroom and the equipment it contained, never expecting to need it again.

Roll forward to 2021, and film photography is making something of a comeback.  I learned from personal experience, and hundreds of disaster stories on the internet, that quality development and scanning is not easily available, and if you want it good, from a pro-lab, it can be frighteningly expensive. So with my many years of experience in that industry both professionally and as a hobby, I saw that I could offer an affordable service for customers who actually care about and insist on a good quality result.  I offer a hand development service for Colour Negative (C41), slide or reversal film (E6) and Black & White film up to 120/220 roll film size. My lab conditions are sterile, and my attention to detail is precise. Once developed, I can scan your film to provide medium or high resolution files for you, and if you are not happy with the results, I can promise that will be down to the photographer, not the processing.
